When I started Compass Mortgages back in 2004, I had a simple vision. I wanted to help people and find the best mortgages for them. Really good, honest communication was vital, as was in-depth knowledge of the Market, to give people the most appropriate advice and ensure they knew exactly what their options were.
Because of the complicated and stressful nature of buying property, I like to support my clients throughout the whole mortgage process. For me, going that extra mile is an essential ethos for this business and I’m delighted to say my team has embraced this attitude too. Ongoing contact with clients is essential to achieving this, we’ve found, so we don’t just set up a mortgage for someone and leave them to it, we keep in touch and update them on new information like changing rates, different products and other important factors.
